Sharing your schedule link
One link. Send it once. That's all anyone needs.
Your schedule has a single public URL. Anyone with the link can view your schedule in any browser, on any device. No account, no app, no install required.
Getting your link
After publishing, the URL appears in the center of the editor header. Click the copy icon next to it to copy it to your clipboard. You can also copy it from your browser's address bar when viewing your public schedule.
Where to share it
Paste the link anywhere your audience already is: a group text, email, team app, social media bio, school newsletter, or website. There's no "right" channel. Wherever you'd normally share schedule info, share this link instead.
Link previews
When you share the link in iMessage, Slack, Discord, or LinkedIn, it unfurls with your schedule's name so people know what they're opening before they tap.
The link never changes
Your public URL stays the same regardless of what you change in the schedule: events, cover, settings, even the title. If you set a custom URL, share that going forward, but old links continue to work. Send it once and you never have to resend it.
