Editing events
Update any event detail directly from the editor.
Every event on your schedule can be edited at any time. Changes save automatically and become visible to subscribers when you publish.
Opening an event
Click anywhere on an event row to open its edit panel. The panel shows all the fields for that event: title, date, time, duration, location, and notes.
On mobile
Swipe an event row to the left to reveal two quick actions: Duplicate and Remove. Tap either to apply it. Swipe back to the right (or tap elsewhere) to dismiss without taking an action.
Fields
- Title: the event name. Required.
- Date: the date of the event in your schedule's timezone. Leave blank for a TBD event.
- Time: the start time. Leave blank for an all-day or TBD event.
- Duration: how long the event runs. Choose a preset (30 min, 1 hr, 90 min, 2 hr) or leave as TBD.
- Location: address or venue name. Shown on the public page and in the calendar event.
- Notes: any extra info. Shown on the event detail page.
Using AI to edit
You can also edit events through the Ask panel. Say things like "Move the June 14 game to June 21" or "Change all practices to 6:30pm" and OnThree will apply the update.
Saving
Changes save automatically as you type. Three animated dots appear in the editor header while saving, replaced by a green checkmark and "Saved" when done. Your edits are saved as a draft until you click Publish updates to share them with subscribers.
