Adding events from a photo

Snap a flyer, bracket, or screenshot and let OnThree read it.

If your schedule already exists on paper or as an image, you don't have to retype it. Attach the image to the Ask panel and OnThree reads the events for you.

What works well

  • Printed or digital flyers with event listings
  • Tournament brackets with dates and times
  • Screenshots of another calendar or schedule app
  • Photos of whiteboards or printed schedules
  • PDFs exported as images

How to attach an image

Open the Ask panel and tap the image icon to attach a photo from your device. You can also attach an image and type a message at the same time. For example: "Pull out all the home games from this flyer."

You don't need to say anything if the image speaks for itself. OnThree will extract all the events it finds.

Reviewing the results

The AI shows you the events it found before adding them. If something is off (a date was misread, or an event was missed), just tell it in a follow-up message. For example: "The game on June 14 should be at 2pm, not 12pm."

Image quality matters. Clear, well-lit photos with legible text produce the best results. Blurry or low-contrast images may miss events or misread dates.
