Timezone and location
Make sure subscribers see the right times in their calendars.
Timezone
The timezone setting controls how event times are interpreted in the calendar feed. When a subscriber in a different timezone adds your schedule, their calendar app converts the times correctly based on your schedule's timezone.
Set the timezone in the Settings panel under Timezone. Choose the timezone where your events actually take place, not where you or your subscribers are.
Set the timezone before publishing. Changing the timezone after subscribers have added the feed can cause events to shift in their calendars.
Event locations
Each event can have its own location. Open an event in the editor, and type the address, field name, or venue into the Location field. It appears on your public page and in subscribers' calendar entries.
