TBD events

Placeholder events for dates or times you haven't confirmed yet.

A TBD event is any event with no confirmed date or time. It's a placeholder. You know the event is happening, but the details aren't set yet.

Creating a TBD event

Add an event normally and leave the date and/or time blank. That's it. The event appears on your public schedule in a "TBD" section at the bottom.

How TBD events appear

TBD events show on the public schedule page under their own heading. Subscribers can see them, but they won't appear in anyone's calendar until you add a confirmed date and publish.

Reordering TBD events

TBD events can be dragged into any order within the TBD section. This is useful when you want to signal priority or sequence even without specific dates.

Confirming the date

When the date is confirmed, open the event and fill in the date and time. When you publish, the event moves into the main timeline and flows into subscribers' calendars automatically.

TBD events are never included in the calendar feed. They only appear on the public schedule page. Once you add a confirmed date and publish, they show up in calendars like any other event.
