Private schedules

Password-protect your schedule so only the right people can see it.

Private schedules require a password to view. The URL is still shareable. Anyone with the link can find it, but they'll hit a password gate before seeing any events.

Enabling a password

Open the Settings panel and toggle Require password on. Enter a password in the field that appears. It saves automatically. Publish to apply the change.

What subscribers see

Visitors who follow your link see a password prompt instead of the schedule. Once they enter the correct password, the schedule unlocks for one hour. After that, they need to enter the password again.

Calendar subscriptions

Private schedules still support calendar subscriptions. Subscribers who have already added the feed continue to receive updates. The password gate only applies to viewing the public page, not the calendar feed.

Private schedules and search

Private schedules are excluded from search engines and the OnThree sitemap. They won't appear in Google results.

Sharing a private schedule: tap the Share button on the schedule page to copy the link, then send it directly. Anyone who follows it hits the password gate before seeing any events.
