OnThree uses pay as you go pricing. Your first schedule is always free. Each additional schedule is $3/mo. You add schedules when you need them and delete them when you don't.

Based on schedules, not publish status
Your bill is based on how many schedules you have, not whether they're published or have subscribers. Create a schedule and pay $3/mo. Delete it and the charge stops at your next renewal. Publishing and unpublishing has no effect on your bill.
Your bill
Click your profile icon and choose Pay as you go to open your billing overview. It shows the number of paid schedules, the monthly rate, and the total. From there you can also manage your payment method or cancel.
No surprises. Before creating a second schedule, OnThree shows you exactly what it will cost and asks you to confirm. You're never charged without seeing it first.
