Using AI to add events

The fastest way to build a schedule is to just describe it.

The Ask panel in the editor lets you describe your schedule in plain language. OnThree's AI reads what you write, figures out the events, and adds them to your schedule automatically.

Opening the Ask panel

Click the Ask button in the bottom-right corner of the editor. It's the gold circle with the OnThree logo. The panel opens and you can start typing.

What you can say

The AI understands natural, conversational descriptions. Some examples:

  • "Practice every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm at Riverside Park through June"
  • "Add a game on Saturday July 12 at 10am, away at Lincoln Field"
  • "Move the June 5th practice to June 6th"
  • "Change all practices to 6:30pm"
  • "Remove the July 4th event"
  • "Rename this schedule to Spring Season 2026"

Voice input

Tap the microphone icon to speak instead of type. The mic turns red while it's listening. Speak your events naturally, then tap Send to submit.

Reviewing and undoing

The AI shows you a preview of the changes before applying them. Click Apply to confirm, or Discard to cancel. After applying, a toast appears with an Undo button. You can also press Cmd+Z at any point. If something isn't right, type a follow-up message to adjust.

Undoing changes

Made a mistake? Press Cmd+Z or click Undo in the toast that appears after any AI change. OnThree keeps the last 20 states in memory per session.

The AI remembers context within a session. You can say "move the last event an hour earlier" and it knows which event you mean. Start a new chat session to clear the context.
