OnThree is a schedule publishing tool. You create schedules, add events, and share a public link. Anyone with the link can subscribe to your schedule in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports calendar feeds.
We built OnThree to be straightforward, and we try to apply that same standard to how we handle your data.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. We use Clerk to handle authentication. Your password is never stored by OnThree directly.
Schedule data. Everything you create in OnThree (schedule names, descriptions, event titles, dates, times, locations, and notes) is stored in our database so we can provide the service.
Natural language input and images. When you type a command or attach a screenshot to add or edit events, that text and any image you attach is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to parse your intent. Anthropic processes this data subject to their own privacy policy. We recommend not uploading images containing sensitive personal information.
Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregate usage data (page views, device type, country). No cookies are used and no personally identifiable information is collected by analytics.
Error data. We use Sentry for error monitoring. When errors occur, Sentry captures technical details including stack traces, browser/device information, and the page where the error occurred. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.
Contact form submissions. If you contact us via the Contact page, we collect your name (optional), email address, and message. This is used only to respond to you.
Email communications. When you create an account, your email address is added to our mailing list so we can send you product updates and announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.
We use the data we collect exclusively to operate OnThree:
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
When you publish a schedule, it becomes publicly accessible. Anyone with the link can view your schedule page and subscribe to the calendar feed. The feed includes all event data you've entered: titles, dates, times, and locations.
If you mark a schedule as private and set a password, it is not publicly accessible without that password. The calendar feed is still technically accessible via URL, so avoid putting sensitive information in event details if you're concerned about unauthorized access.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a schedule, it is marked as deleted and removed from your dashboard. A minimal placeholder feed is briefly maintained so that existing calendar subscribers receive notice of the removal. If you close your account, your schedules and events are deleted. We may retain anonymized usage logs for a limited period for operational purposes.
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
OnThree lets you create, manage, and publish event schedules that others can subscribe to via standard calendar applications. By creating an account and using OnThree, you agree to these terms.
OnThree is operated by Everyone OnThree, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Everyone OnThree, LLC. References to "you" mean the person using the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OnThree. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Don't share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You own the schedules and events you create. By using OnThree, you grant us a limited license to store, serve, and transmit your content solely to provide the service (for example, to serve your calendar feed to subscribers).
You're responsible for the content you publish. Don't publish schedules that are misleading, contain illegal content, or infringe on the rights of others.
When you publish a schedule, you understand that it becomes publicly accessible. Subscribers who add your feed to their calendar will receive updates automatically when you make changes. You can unpublish a schedule at any time, but we can't guarantee that subscribers' calendars will immediately reflect that change; calendar apps control their own sync frequency.
You may not use OnThree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
OnThree offers a free Starter plan and a Pro plan at $12/month. The Starter plan includes 1 published schedule with unlimited subscribers. Pro gives you up to 5 published schedules and additional features. New users may start a 14-day free trial of Pro with no credit card required. You can cancel your paid plan at any time — your schedules stay live, but publishing new changes requires an active Pro subscription.
We work hard to keep OnThree available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime or service disruptions.
OnThree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free or that your data will never be lost, though we take reasonable precautions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of OnThree is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of OnThree after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
